Your submission confirms that you have accepted the travel support stipend and intend to attend the 2026 GCI Alumni Celebratory Gala at the Harvard Club of New York City on Friday, October 9, 2026. We have received your banking information and agreement to the stipend guidelines.
What Happens Next
Our team will now review your submission and process the travel support transfer using the banking information you provided. You will receive a confirmation email once the transfer has been initiated. Please remember that the stipend is intended to support travel expenses related to attending the Gala.
Once you receive your stipend, please be sure to book your travel within 30 days, and upload all travel receipts via the Stipend Receipt Form to provide proof of travel booking and purchase to GCI.

When Booking Your Travel
The Gala will be held at the Harvard Club of New York City at 35 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. We recommend you book a flight to John F. Kennedy International Airport and take the train from the airport to Grand Central Station, which is located in Times Square. It is about a 10-minute walk to the Harvard Club from Grand Central Station. If you use your stipend to cover train costs, please be sure to upload the receipt for that to the Stipend Receipt Form as well.
Purchase Your Gala Ticket
All Alumni who wish to attend the Gala must fill out the Alumni Gala Ticket Purchase Form, regardless of if they receive a travel support stipend or not. Tickets are priced at a discounted rate of USD $75 for GCI Alumni. If you were granted travel support that includes coverage of your Gala ticket, please still complete this form using the promo code we provided so that you receive your complimentary Alumni Gala ticket and we can confirm your attendance.
If You Can No Longer Attend
If you are no longer able to attend the Gala, you must notify GCI as soon as possible and return the stipend within 15 days of providing that notice so that the funds can be reallocated to support other Alumni.
