To accept this stipend, please complete the form below. This form confirms your acceptance of the travel support offer, your agreement to the stipend guidelines, and provides the banking information needed for us to process your payment.

The information collected in this form will be used solely for the purpose of issuing your travel support stipend. Submissions are accessible only to the GCI administrative team and will not be retained after the stipend transfer has been completed.

I confirm that the banking information provided is accurate and authorize Global Citizens Initiative to deposit my travel support stipend to this account.

I acknowledge that my stipend will be used to support travel expenses and/or Gala ticket costs associated with attending the GCI Alumni Celebratory Gala.

I understand that I must book my travel and upload all travel receipts (including airfare and ground transportation) through the Stipend Receipt Form as proof of travel booking and purchase before receiving my reimbursement from GCI.

I acknowledge that if my offer does not include a complimentary Gala ticket, I must confirm my attendance by completing the Alumni Gala Ticket Purchase Form by September 25, at 11:59 PM ET.

I confirm that submission of this form commits me to attending the Gala and that if I am no longer able to attend the Gala, I will notify GCI as soon as possible and return the stipend within 15 days so the funds can be reallocated to support other Alumni.
