Stipend Receipt Form

If you have received a GCI Travel Support Stipend, please use this form to upload receipts confirming your airfare booking for the GCI Alumni Celebratory Gala.

Airfare or other main travel method to the Gala must be booked by the end of the month in which you were notified of your offer. Receipts should be submitted as proof of purchase within this time frame, as well. Acceptable receipts include confirmation documents for flights, trains, buses, or other transportation booked for travel to and from the Gala.

Please ensure that uploaded receipts clearly show the booking details and proof of payment.
