Congratulations on your Travel Support Award!

As a global community, GCI recognizes that travel costs can be a barrier to gathering in person. Our goal is to make this weekend as accessible as possible.

We hope this support helps make your travel possible and that you’ll consider joining us for what promises to be a special evening celebrating the GCI community. It means a great deal to us to be able to welcome Alumni back together. While we wish we could cover every expense for every attendee, our funds are limited. This award is a contribution toward your journey, and we are incredibly grateful for the donors who offer this support and help make it all possible.

Timelines

To ensure we can manage our limited funds and support as many Alumni as possible, we require all recipients to adhere strictly to the following timelines. Please identify which "Wave" you were awarded in (this was included in your offer email) and follow the specific dates listed below. Missing a deadline may result in your funds being redistributed to another Alumnus on our waiting list.

Wave 1

Apply by April 24

Notified by May 1

Accept or decline your offer by May 15

Upload your travel receipt(s) by May 31

Stipend issued to your account on June 1

Wave 2

Apply by June 24

Notified by July 1

Accept or decline your offer by July 15

Upload your travel receipt(s) by July 31

Stipend issued to your account on August 1

Wave 3

Apply August 25

Notified by September 1

Accept or decline your offer by September 15

Upload your travel receipt(s) by September 31

Stipend issued to your account on October 1

To confirm acceptance of your offer, please fill out the online Travel Support Acceptance Form below.

To upload your travel receipt(s), please fill out the Stipend Receipt Form below. GCI must have a copy of your travel receipt(s) in order to issue your award. You only need to upload receipts that together total at least the amount of your stipend.

Purchase Your Gala Ticket

If your travel support award does not include a Complimentary Gala Ticket, please be sure to confirm your attendance at the Gala by purchasing an Alumni Ticket (USD $75) by September 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

GCI has partnered with SpringHill Suites by Marriott to provide a dedicated hotel room block at an exclusive rate for Alumni. A limited number of rooms are available. Be sure to make your reservation using the unique link below by the cut-off date of Tuesday, October 6.
